Seniors are looking forward to Nov 15th when they can start enrolling in Medicare Part D.
The plan will go into effect on Jan 1st 2006. The relief focuses mainly on prescription drugs but even that needs to be understood because if not enrolled by May 15th 2006, late enrollees will be penalized with a lifetime of increased drug premiums.
